Applicability criteria for the model

Patients should meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Histologically confirmed, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic gastric, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) or distal esophageal adenocarcinoma

Treatment with at least one cycle of first-line combination chemotherapy using two or more drugs

Use of chemotherapeutic schedules deemed standard

More than 6 months since completion of prior neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or chemoradiotherapy

No other synchronous metastatic malignancy
