Welcome to the AGAMENON calculator website! The aim of this tool is to predict 12- and 24-month overall survival in patients with histologically confirmed unresectable or metastatic adenocarcinoma of the distal esophagus, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ), and/ or stomach who have received polychemotherapy using two or more drugs as first-line treatment.

This tool is intended only for patients with these characteristics; hence, the eligibility criteria will be checked before you can access the calculator.

The data come from a Spanish registry of advanced gastric cancer that represents daily clinical practice patterns among participating institutions. Although this model offers an overview, bear in mind that a minority of your patients may have unusual prognostic factors, which could significantly affect the clinical evolution of the disease. Predictions are merely approximate, so decisions should be made at the discretion of the attending physician.
